Seiko Instruments Inc. (Abbreviation: SII; President, COO & CFO: Yukihiko Chayama; Head Office: 1-8 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture; Tel: 043-211-1111) has established the SII wholly invested Seoul-based affiliate “Seiko Instruments Korea Inc.” (hereinafter referred to as SIK) to enhance the SII product sales and service system in Korea. The new company will officially begin operation on November 17.
To date, SII has performed sales and services in Korea via business trips from Japan and local distributors, and has been investigating the establishment of a regional office to further improve provided services.
SIK establishment is designed to promote the construction of a customer-oriented service system and the realization of speedy and meticulous customer support.
In the future, SIK will continue to support the diversification of market needs through customer support enhancement, thereby improving customer satisfaction and business expansion.
