Seiko Instruments Inc. (SII) announces today that the company has transferred all shares of ABLIC Inc. (ABLIC), its equity-method affiliate, to MinebeaMitsumi Inc.Following this share transfer, ABLIC shall no longer be SII’s equity-method affiliate.
