The Japanese government completely lifted the state of emergency over the novel coronavirus pandemic today, on May 25, 2020. Seiko Instruments, Inc. (SII) has shifted its operations to a work-from-home basis (telecommuting) since April 8, 2020, and has planned to end the work from home when lifting the state of emergency. However, as part of measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection, SII extends the period of work from home until June 5, 2020. Information about our operations on and after June 8, 2020, will be announced later on our company website.
